Georges Romanos Bou Jaoude

Georges R. Bou Jaoude joined FFA in 1993 after completing his Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Business Management at the University of La Verne, California. He is currently the General Manager of FFA Private Bank s.a.l. and the Chairman of FFA Real Estate s.a.l. In addition, he sits on various committees and is a member of the Board of Directors of FFA Private Bank s.a.l., FFA Dubai Ltd. and other real estate companies. Mr. Georges also sits on the board of the Young Arab Leaders (YAL) Lebanon chapter, and is a member of the Young President Organization (YPO).
Omar Shantouf
General Manager
As General Manager of FFA Real Estate, Mr. Shantouf has pioneered FFA Real Estate growth from inception, and overseeing their multitude of projects which have been successfully completed and presently ongoing. His involvement includes all aspects of the development chain from sourcing, legal & financial management, design development, execution, marketing, and promotion through project completion. He has over 20 years of commercial, technical and project management experience having worked previously with Khatib & Alami and Debbas Group in Lebanon and the Gulf. He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California State University at Long Beach, USA and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut. Mr. Shantouf also sits on the board of several real estate companies.

Mireille Korab Abi Nasr
Head of Business Development
Leading the Business Development Department, Mrs. Abi Nasr continuously works on developing FFA Real Estate’s corporate image, branding and positioning to set FFA Real Estate as a leading reference in the Industry. Moreover with her 12 years of experience in the real estate industry both locally and on a regional level Mrs. Abi Nasr is continuously setting marketing and sales processes and strategies for projects handled by FFA Real Estate. In line with the mission of FFA Real Estate, Mireille is responsible of sourcing new Real Estate investment opportunities in Lebanon and the region to satisfy clients’ needs and ensure the expansion of the FFA Real Estate know-how and services. Mireille holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, and sits on the Board of Directors of REAL (The Syndicates of Real Estate Consultants & Brokers) and the Board of REDAL (real estate developers association of Lebanon)

Investment & Asset Management

Rina Kurdahi
Currently in charge of business planning, handling the coordination, assessment and the initiation process of new potential developments. She has demonstrated the ability to laterally comprehend projects from various facets: having previously worked on the development and management of various real estate products for Solidere and Solidere International. She has also worked as an architect at the start of her career at Chakib Richani Architects. Mrs. Rina holds a Bachelor of Architecture with honors and a Masters of Engineering Management, both from the American University of Beirut.
Jim Char
Jim holds a bachelor degree in Business and Management from Saint-Joseph University (USJ) and a Master's degree in International Finance from ESCE International Business School-Paris. He is currently in charge of conducting in-depth market research on assigned real estate assets, screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements,potential and financials. In addition, Jim is in charge of assisting the management team in developing, structuring and closing of new business deals, by coordinating requirements ( legal, financing, operations and design management)
Jad Abdel Malak


Pascal Abou Dagher
Senior Operations Project Manager
Currently handling a multitude of projects from day-to-day project management, design development and coordination, construction monitoring through project completion, and progress reporting. He has previously worked with Dar Al-Hadassah (Shair & Partners) at various positions ranging from design engineer, project engineer to resident engineer, coordinating and managing a variety of international projects in the Gulf and MENA region. Pascal has a B.E. in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Construction and Engineering Management Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor - USA.
Jad Mabsout
Senior Operations Associate
Currently handling Amchit Bay project from design development coordination, tender bidding and negotiation, contract award, to day to day construction management. He has previously worked with Samir Khairallah and Partners as a project engineer coordinating and managing a variety of international and local projects in the MENA region. He also worked with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) as a site engineer in Qatar. Jad has B.E. in Civil Engineering and an Engineering Management Master’s Degree from the American University of Beirut.
Naji Abou Arbid
Projects Operations Associate
Currently in charge of the Badaro Garden project and handling tender bidding, negotiation, contract award and daily construction management for Uptown Badaro project. He has previously worked with Rafik El-Khoury and partners as Site Engineer for several projects at the American University of Beirut. Naji has a B.E. in Civil Engineering from the Notre Dame University and an Industrial and Engineering Management Masters' Degree from the Lebanese American University.
Lama Aoun
Senior Project Development Associate
Currently handling the Naas Springs project, coordinating and overseeing its different aspects. She has accumulated 5 years of experience by working on several projects in finance, sales and marketing and coordination to get the foundation to become a highly skilled employee, a good team player with a positive attitude, and an ability to comprehend delegated tasks and all project’s aspects. Lama holds a BA in Business Administration-Finance and recently completed her Masters in Finance at the American University of Beirut.

Nawal El Baba
Sales Manager
Currently handling the Sales team and in charge of all relationships with clients, from receiving their requests, closing deals to following up on their after sale requests. Nawal has extensive experience in the Lebanese real estate market with over 5 years at FFA Real Estate spearheading market studies to which have led successful sales campaigns. Moreover, Nawal has accumulated over 10 years of experience in sales in different sectors and markets including Telecom, Insurance, IT software as well as an emphasis on Real Estate. Nawal holds a BA in Business Banking and Finance from the Lebanese American University.
Reem Flayhan
Marketing Associate
Reem Flayhan is in charge of the marketing activities & digital campaigns for FFA Real Estate, social media management, google ads & analytics, the FFA E-Newsletter, managing & updating the production of FFA Real Estate marketing materials, and organizing events and exhibitions related to various projects. Reem holds a BA in Advertising from the American University of Science and Technology and has a 2 years experience in the Marketing Field.
Lea Abi Nakhoul
Sales Associate
Lea holds a BS in Economics from the Lebanese American University and a Master’s of Science in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management from Grenoble, France. Lea excels within quality-critical environments and is now handling Global Citizenship programs.
Rami Darwish
Sales Associate
Recently joined FFA’s Sales and global citizenship department. His role focuses on building and maintaining business relationships with FFA’s partners and clients. Rami is responsible for the sales of FFA’s projects such as Ahlam, Amchit Bay, Uptown Badaro, and Naas Springs, as well as FFA’s foreign real estate investments in Germany and Portugal. In addition to FFA’s development projects, Rami is also handling the applications of our clients’ interest in the citizenship by investment programs being offered in Europe & Caribbean islands. Rami is a graduate of the American University of Beirut and holds a BA in Economics.
Farah Alayan
Senior Sales Associate
Farah holds a bachelor degree in Sociology and Anthropology, Public Relations and a Master's degree in Information and Communication, Medias from Saint-Joseph University (USJ). She is currently in charge of developing and executing a long-term strategy for clients’ applications related to citizenship programs and managing the internal communications regarding the ongoing process of each application. Her role focuses on promoting FFA Real Estate programs and initiatives using multiple communication channels by liaising with Sales and Marketing department, building and sustaining relationship with legal authorities and immigration consultants as well as creating a sales strategy for identified real estate opportunities.

Jocelyne Abou Malham
Head of HR & Administration Department
Currently in charge of Talent Management and Office Administration which include, training and staff development, recruitment activities that provide line managers with a suitable pool of applicants, employees retaining and benefit program as well as conflict management of the employees by ensuring proper labor relations. Holding along 16 years of experience, Jocelyne has demonstrated the ability to market FFA Real Estate as employer of choice while establishing a proper organizational structure by setting policies and procedures. She previously held positions with Gulf Air, North Assurance in Lebanon. Jocelyne holds a BA in Journalism & Documentation from The Lebanese University.
Talar Kalenderian
Currently working in HR & Administration Department as an administrative. Talar holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis of Human Resource management from Sagesse University.

Projects Support

Patricia Avedikian
Senior Administrator
Currently handling and coordinating day-to-day activities related to the FFA Real Estate projects, in addition to initiating payments, transfers and instruction requests for incoming invoices; and communicating them with all relevant parties. Patricia provides support and liaises between the projects’ different stakeholders. She also coordinates with Banks, law firms and shareholders for the preparation and signature of the proxies related to the BOD & GA meetings. Patricia also assists the accounting department and auditors in the preparation of the projects’ annual financial statements and tax declarations.
Danielle Osta
Administrator Projects Support
Danielle holds a certificate in Accounting from Byblos Institute, and an In Design/ Photoshop / Illustrator certificates from the American Language Center. She is currently in charge of several FFA Real Estate projects as well as Germany & Portugal. She is responsible of updating statements, calling shareholders, handling market data flows, issuing receipts and check deposit letters, as well as data organization.
