Ahlam Golf & Mountain Village nears completion of Phase 1 infrastructure

In the mountains of Kfardebian, work on the infrastructure of Ahlam Golf & Mountain Village is nearing an important milestone on November 30, all works on Phase I infrastructure are on track to be completed.

Set on 1.1 million sqm. of land, this signature FFA Real Estate development will preserve seventy percent of its natural environment while the remainder is being developed as a full village community, including a range of sporting facilities such as a golf course and equestrian center, along with state-of-the art infrastructure.

To date, the concrete walls that line the internal roads, and the walls’ stone cladding, have mostly been completed, as have the MSE, concrete and rockery walls on the main entrance road, and the asphalting of roads themselves. Lighting poles are continuing to be installed, manholes and water chambers have been completed, and infrastructure networks are in the process of finalization. Following the anticipated completion of Phase 1 infrastructure next month, title deeds are expected to be issued in the second quarter of 2018.
