At FFA Real Estate we are committed to incorporating sustainable thinking into society, the economy, the environment, and our own business practices.

When we first began integrating sustainability into real estate projects in 2008, we quickly realized that sustainable development was no obstacle to investment performance. On the contrary, it tends to reduce operating costs while ensuring an added value to the quality of life of the occupant. It certainly gives our projects an edge over the competition and thus also enhances the profitability of the investments.

Today we believe that a sustainable approach to real estate has gone beyond being an ideal element to become an essential requirement. Sustainable thinking and acting has become a duty in society, and especially in the real estate sector. FFA developed the first residential building in Beirut "Badaro Gardens" to apply LEED (green building leadership)  . In addittion, FFA Real Estate sits on the Board of REDAL and REAL

The Lebanon Green Building Council (LGBC) is a non-profit organization NGO (registered in the Ministry of Interior & Municipalities under license number 1648 dated November 15th, 2008) that supports and implements sustainable building and construction practices.

The aim of the organization is to provide a Lebanese certification system for buildings that adopt environmental parameters and to transform the way buildings and communities are designed into a prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.

LGBC members will strongly advocate sustainable buildings in the aim of designing a built environment that allows future generations to benefit from the natural resources that will be available to them.
